Compass: The Search Begins

Gapuma Group, in collaboration with its volunteer partner the Outward Bound Trust (OB), has launched a search for an apprentice to join its team under its recently announced “Compass” Apprenticeship programme.Â
Compass, which is open to individuals aged 18-24 who have completed an OB programme, offers an 18-month contract to students, with the possibility of permanent employment upon completion.
The selected candidate will receive training at a training institution, leading to a recognised qualification. This opportunity is designed for those in or out of formal education, providing valuable hands-on training alongside academic learning to develop key skills in a professional setting.
The search is aimed at young people seeking an alternative to traditional educational routes, with a focus on creating long-term career opportunities.
